Buying · Selling · Land · Investment · New Construction
Your move.
Whether it's your first home, more land, an investment, a second property, or a sale, we help make the next step clear.

Why Oregon Homes + Land
We think a few moves ahead.
Whether you're buying an existing home, selling, looking at land, or building new, the property is only part of the equation. Timing, financing, inspections, repairs, utilities, contracts, and what comes next can all change the plan.
The order matters more than people think
Buying and selling at the same time isn't two separate transactions. Financing, inspections, possession, closing dates, and where you go next can all affect each other. We help build the sequence before those pieces start colliding.
We look for what gets expensive later
A property can look great and still have questions hiding underneath it. Access, utilities, wells, septic, buildability, repairs, timelines, and resale can change the picture quickly. We help identify the questions worth answering before they become expensive surprises.
Different property. Different playbook.
A subdivision home, forty acres, bare land, and a house halfway through construction shouldn't be approached the same way. We adjust the process to the property instead of forcing every client through the same checklist.
10+ years working alongside builders
Buying brand new comes with extra moving pieces: selections, upgrades, timelines, inspections, appraisal timing, walkthroughs, warranty items, and contracts that can look very different from a resale. We've worked closely with builders for more than 10 years, so we know where buyers often need extra guidance.
You don't get passed around
When something changes, you hear from the people actually working with you. No lead desk. No wondering who has the file. Just clear communication from the team handling your next move.
More than a subdivision
Homes. Acreage. Everything between.
Some moves are a three-bedroom in town. Others come with a well, a shop, forty acres, or a foundation that hasn't been poured yet. We work all of it, with the same attention every time.

Where we work
Rooted in Northwest Oregon.
This is where we provide direct, local real estate service — Yamhill County, Washington County, the Willamette Valley, and Portland-area communities.
Yamhill County
Wine country towns, rural roads, and everything between.
Washington County
Suburban growth edges meeting working farmland.
Willamette Valley
The broader valley, beyond any single county line.
Portland-Area Communities
In-town options for buyers weighing city against country.
Our team
Who you'll talk to.
The people working your move, together, so it gets full attention instead of a rotation of callbacks.

Hi, thanks for taking a minute to learn a little about me. I'm a firm believer in God and in following the path He puts in front of me. A big part of that, for me, is simply being of service to others and treating people the way I'd want my own family treated. I'm blessed to have three amazing kids and a wife, Melissa, who also happens to be my business partner in real estate. Professionally, I've spent more than 18 years at Nike, where I currently work as a Senior Footwear CNC Programming & Simulation Specialist, helping support the delivery of high-quality footwear and product to athletes. Over the years, that work has sharpened my problem-solving, attention to detail, precision, and ability to think several steps ahead. I've also been involved in real estate for about 10 years alongside Melissa and her real estate career. Today, I get to work in two areas I genuinely enjoy while bringing the problem-solving, attention to detail, and work ethic from one into the other. Real estate can feel complicated pretty quickly. My goal is to make it feel a little simpler, provide honest guidance, and help people figure out the move that makes the most sense for their life. Happy to help when you're ready.

Hi, I'm Melissa! I've been serving clients throughout Oregon real estate for nearly 10 years, and I truly love what I do. To me, real estate is about much more than buying or selling a home. It's about people, relationships, and helping my clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. I pride myself on being knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, and someone my buyers and sellers can count on. My husband and business partner, Derek, and I are proud to call Yamhill-Carlton home. I'm a mom of three, two boys and a girl, and I love being involved in our community, coaching volleyball, and giving back to the small town we're blessed to call home. My faith is a big part of who I am and guides how I approach both life and business. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me cheering on our kids, whether that's at the golf course, basketball gym, wrestling room, softball field, or dirt bike track. I also love concerts, camping, trips to Central Oregon whenever we can make them happen, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks. People often say I have one speed, and it's GO! I bring that same energy, dedication, and heart to the people I work with. If you're thinking about your next step, I'd love the opportunity to help you figure it out.
